Chatting with Kerry Ann was like sharing an inside joke. She has a light and easy laugh and a warm Jamaican accent. “My favourite spot at the Iberostar Grand Hotel Rose Hall is the lobby,” she admits. “I love sitting there and watching guests arrive. The look on their faces when they walk in is amazing… The lobby is just that beautiful.”
